Why is my Pay Limit not being reflected even after I increased it and waited 12 hours?
If you successfully increased your Pay Limit through Maybank2u settings, you should have gone through a 12-hour cooling-off period and your new limit should be reflected. However, in some cases, your new limit may not be updated due to connectivity issues. As a quick fix, you can try the following:
- Launch the MAE app
- Go to ‘Settings’
- Tap on ‘Notifications’
- Log in
- Disable all the notifications (‘Promotions’, ‘Money Received’ and ‘Tap, Track, Win Notifications’)
- Re-enable all the notifications (‘Promotions’, ‘Money Received’ and ‘Tap, Track, Win Notifications’)
- Re-attempt increasing your limit via ‘Settings’ on Maybank2u web
Your increased pay limit will be reflected 12 hours later.
