How do you Invest in AHB?

Investing in AHB is easy and hassle-free through Maybank2u web.

To invest in AHB, you must first open a unit trust account. To open a unit trust account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my

Step 2: Click ‘Apply’ and go to the ‘Investment’ tab

Step 3: Look for ‘Unit Trust Account’ and click ‘Apply Now’

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions and you’re done!

You can now subscribe to AHB, following these steps:

Step 1: Login to Maybank2u

Step 2: Select “Wealth” tab

Step 3: Select “Unit Trust”

Step 4: Select Unit Trust Account Number

Step 5: Select “Subscribe Fund”

Step 6: Select “Fund House” and click on “Maybank Asset Management Sdn Bhd”

Step 7: Select “Fund Name” and click on “Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera Fund”

Step 8: Select “One Time Subscription” under Investment Type

Step 9: Select Payment Account

Step 10: Key in Amount

Step 11: Check Terms & Conditions box

  1. Who is eligible to invest in AHB?

    The following persons are eligible to invest in AHB:
    1. Malaysian Bumiputera who can sign up for either:
      1. Akaun Dewasa (For Bumiputera aged 18 years and above); or
      2. Akaun Remaja (For Bumiputera minors aged three (3) months to 18 years. Akaun Remaja must be registered under a Bumiputera legal guardian. Legal guardians must be 18 years and above. Akaun Remaja will automatically be converted to Akaun Dewasa upon customer reaching 18 years old.
    2. Bumiputera institutions as determined by the Sponsor and the Manager; and
    3. Others as specified by the Fund’s prospectus deed
  2. How much is the unit price of AHB?
    The price of a unit is fixed at RM1.00
  3. What are the minimum, maximum and additional investments allowed?
    • The minimum initial investment per individual is RM100 for cash investment.
    • The maximum investment is RM1,000,000 per individual. The Manager has the discretion to vary the limit of investment by any individual.
    • The minimum additional investment per individual is RM50 for cash investment.
  4. Can I redeem my investment at any time?
    Redemption can only be done once in a calendar month.
