How G’OUR works

Guaranteed OUR (G’OUR) is a service that allows the recipient to receive the exact amount sent to them via Foreign Telegraphic Transfer (FTT). This service is applicable for transfers in G’OUR currencies only which are AUD, EUR, GBP and USD.

When using the G’OUR service, a fixed agent fee (refer to ‘Service Charges’ section) will be charged on top of the FTT service fee. All fees incurred will be informed to the senders upfront. This service is available, on Maybank2u or Maybank2u Biz web, the MAE app, and at Maybank branches.

Some charges may not be disclosed to the Sender in advance or require upfront payment.
‘SHA – Receiver will pay and this will be deducted from the transferred amount‘ under field ‘Agent Fee’.	‘Recipient will pay (This fee will be deducted from transferred amount)’ under field ‘Agent/Beneficiary Bank Fee’.
