  • Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), authorities/district offices in Sabah and Sarawak or statutory bodies for professional service providers
  • Business in operation for at least 3 years

Purpose of Financing

  • Asset acquisition and/or
  • Working capital

Financing Terms

  • Financing Quantum up to RM5,000,000
  • Term loan/financing up to 20 years
  • Overdraft/ Cash Line-i is subject to renewal
  • Lock in period and exit penalty applied (Not applicable for Islamic Financing)
    • Security Requirement
    • Joint and Several Guarantee from all the directors (Sdn Bhd only)
      Corporate Guarantee (to be obtained from Parent companies, if applicable)

  • Term loa n/ Commodity Murabahah Term Financing-i
  • Overdraft / Cash Line-i
  • Tradelines / -i: In form of Letter of Credit (LC)/ Trust Receipt (TR)/ Invoice Financing (IF)/ Bank Guarantee (BG)
