How do I change my security image?

  1. Login with your Maybank2u access
  2. Go to 'Settings'
  3. Select 'Personal'
  4. Select 'Personal Info'
  5. Select the pencil icon to edit your security image
  6. Drag or upload your selected photo and select 'Next'
  7. Scale and fit your image
  8. Select 'Save'
  9. Request for 'Secure TAC' or 'SMS TAC'
  10. Select 'Confirm' to complete the changes

How to add contact details?

  1. Login with your Maybank2u access
  2. Go to 'Settings'
  3. Select 'Personal'
  4. Select 'Additional Contact Details' tab
  5. Select the type of contact from the dropdown menu
  6. Key in your contact number
  7. Select 'Save'

How to change your transfer limit?

  1. Log in to Maybank2u web.
  2. Click on ‘Settings’ at the top right corner.
  3. Select the ‘Pay & Transfer’ tab.
  4. Click on the 'Transfer Limit' tab.
  5. Click on the pencil icon next to the Transfer Type 'FPX'.
  6. Select your intended new FPX daily limit.
  7. For INCREASES in the limit, customers will need to approve the transaction via Secure2u, and will need to go through a cooling-off period before the new limit is reflected.
