Local reload

Easily perform prepaid reloads for any Malaysian telco via Maybank2u web and the MAE app. It is instant, and you can reload for your friends and family too!

Simply follow the steps below to get started:

How to reload via Maybank2u web

How to reload via the MAE app

  1. Log in to maybank2u.com.my
  2. Go to ‘Pay & Transfer’ and select the ‘Reload’ tab
  3. Beside ‘Reload To’, select ‘Mobile Prepaid (Malaysia) and search for your provider from the ‘Telco List’
  4. Fill in your mobile number and reload amount 
  5. Check and authorise the transaction via Secure2u
  6. Confirm your transaction and done!
  1. Log in to your MAE app
  2. Tap on ‘Reload’ on your MAE dashboard (or go to More > Wallet)
  3. Select or search for your telco provider
  4. Fill in your phone number and reload amount
  5. Select the account to pay from and tap on ‘Pay Now’
  6. Check and authorise the transaction via Secure2u
  7. Confirm your transaction and done!

International reload

You can now perform prepaid reloads for mobile numbers in Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam via Maybank2u web!

  1. Log in to www.maybank2u.com.my
  2. Go to ‘Pay & Transfer’ and select the ‘Reload’ tab
  3. Beside ‘Reload To’, select ‘Mobile Prepaid (International)’
  4. Choose from the list of countries and telco available
  5. Key in the mobile number, select a reload amount and authorise the transaction via Secure2u

Note: There will be no service charges for international mobile reload.

Daily reload limit

Starting from 24 June 2023, the maximum limit for Mobile Prepaid Reload is RM500 per day for all telco providers. Here are some examples:

  • If you've reloaded RM200 to telco provider A, you can still reload up to RM300 any telco provider on the same day.
  • If you've reloaded RM500 to telco provider A, you will not be able to reload anymore on the same day.
