With this account, you get:

  • Potential to earn higher returns with indicative profit rate.
    Profits gained from investment are shared between Customer and Bank based on a previously agreed profit sharing ratio. Profits are paid monthly and are not subject to balance band or number of withdrawals.
  • NO Service Charge on Foreign Telegraphic Transfer (FTT). Service charges waived for over-the-counter transactions not exceeding RM5,000.
  • Access to all MEPS ATMs nationwide and CIRRUS networks worldwide
  • Go cashless with Maybankard Visa Debit

How to apply

For individuals aged 50 and above only.

To apply:

Visit a Maybank branch near you with your primary documents.

Available accounts:

  1. Personal
  2. Joint account with a maximum of 3 secondaries from any age groups

Required Primary Documents:

  • Original Identity Card (IC) for Malaysians and Passports for foreigners
  • Other documentary evidence required by the authorities according to the purpose of your visit /stay in Malaysia

  • Replacement of ATM/bankcard: RM12
  • Replacement of lost savings passbook : RM15 (inclusive of stamp duty)
  • Replacement of savings passbook due to poor handling : RM10
  • Early closure of account within 3 months of account opening: RM20
  • Cash withdrawals at ATM facilities owned by other banks (MEPS charges): RM1
