• Your contract must be awarded by the following Awarder:
  • Government-Linked Companies (GLCs)
  • Public listed companies or
  • Local councils

• The nature of your contract must be for:
  • Maintenance
  • Services or
  • Supply

• Your contract was awarded in the form of a Letter of Award (LA) or Contract Agreement (CA).

• Your Business:
  • Fall within the definition of a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) as defined by the SME Corporation Malaysia.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling contracts of a similar nature.
  • Has been in operation for a minimum of 2 years

• Cash Line-i (CL-i) Against Purchase Order (PO)
• Performance Bank Guarantee-i (BG-i)

Note: Bank Guarantee-i is related to the contract only, excluding supply credit and advance payment guarantee.

Maximum financing is up to RM2.0 million.
