What is EzyWasiat?

EzyWasiat is a digital wasiat created via an online platform, equipped with an automated software that calculates your assets according to Faraid law in order to ease the wealth distribution process for your intended beneficiaries.

Maybank Islamic Berhad (“MIB” or “The Bank”) in a collaboration with the 3rd party digital wasiat provider, Createwills Sdn Bhd (“Createwills”) is offering a wasiat called EzyWasiat to the Bank’s customers. Through the collaboration, the Bank acts as an agent for Createwills

How does it work?

Step 1

Email wealthdistribution@maybank.com with your full name & phone number to get started


Step 2

A Personal Financial Advisor (PFA) or Relationship Manager (RM) will get in touch with you


Step 3

The PFA/RM will assist with any questions you may have, and gather the required information from you to complete your wasiat!

Any Muslim who is:

  • Of sound mind and able to understand the nature & purpose of wasiat
  • A Malaysian citizen
  • Aged 18 years and above (for residents in Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak)
  • Aged 21 years and above (for residents in Sabah)
