How to install your travel eSIM

Follow the steps below to install your travel eSIM on your mobile phones:

Android devices

Apple devices (iPhone)

Requires Samsung Android 10+ and above for eSIM installation

  1. Open Settings > Connections > SIM Manager/ SIM Card Manager
  2. Tap Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan
  3. Select Scan QR code from service provider
  4. Use your camera to scan the eSIM QR code
  5. Tap Add > Turn on to activate
  6. Go to Mobile Data settings and enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming

Requires iOS 14 and above for eSIM installation

  1. Open Settings > Mobile Service/Cellular
  2. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular
  3. Scan your eSIM QR code
  4. Tap Continue and then Activate (wait for activation)
  5. Label your eSIM for easy identification (optional)
  6. In Cellular/Mobile Data Settings, set this eSIM as Default Data Line
  7. Turn Data Roaming on
  8. Provide us with your basic information (if prompted by your plan provider)
