Report the loss immediately by calling the nearest Worldwide Refund Centre. You will receive a list of toll free telephone numbers when you purchase your travellers cheques. You can receive refund assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Refund Service Centre staff can arrange for your replacement cheques to be made available by either directing you to a nearby bank or delivering them personally by courier to you.
No commission will be charged.
A commission of RM10 per transaction will be charged, along with a stamp duty of RM1.00 per cheque if the Malaysian stamp duty is unpaid.
