Step1: Download and fill up the Maybank2u Biz registration form here along with the below relevant documents.
The required documents are:
- Company’s Board Resolution (Private Limited Company Bhd./Sdn. Bhd.)
- Authorisation Letter (Govt Educational Institution)
- Mandate Letter (Partnership & Professional)
- Annual General Meeting (AGM) Minutes OR Committee Minutes of Meeting, signed by Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer (Club, Society and Association)
Step 2: The identified users(checker, maker & viewer) are required to visit the nearest branch with the completed documents along with the photocopy of the identified users Identification Card (NRIC)
*Existing Maybank business account holder - The identified users are required to visit their home branch (where their existing business account is maintained) with the relevant completed documents.
*New Maybank business account holder - The identified users may visit any preferred branch with the relevant completed documents
The Branch will provide an access number & a 6–digit PIN to the respective identified users instantly for their first time login at Maybank2u.
Step 3: Go to www.maybank2u.com.my>business> click on ‘Register Now’, key in access number & 6-digit PIN provided by the branch, create your username & password and you’re done!
