How to apply

Make paying easier for your customers 

Follow these simple steps to apply:

Step 1: Download the Maybank QRPayBiz app, then sign up and complete the onboarding process.

Step 2: Select your default Maybank Account (Current, Savings or Business) to receive payments.

Step 3: Receive 1 successful DuitNow QR transaction (min. RM5).

Step 4: Maintain a minimum balance of RM3,000 in your Maybank Account (Current, Savings or Business) by 30 April 2026.

 

First 4,000 eligible *non-urban merchants to complete the steps above will get a complimentary soundbox*

**Soundbox will be fulfilled within 45 business days after the campaign ends and upon receiving merchant’s explicit consent.

Terms and Conditions

  • The campaign period is from 6 February until 30 April 2026.
  • Only first-time QRPayBiz applicants are eligible to get a complimentary soundbox.
  • Applicants must have a Maybank Account (Current, Savings or Business) in order to sign up for QRPayBiz.
  • Applicant must receive one (1) successful DuitNow QR transaction (min. RM5) during the campaign period to qualify.
  • A minimum balance of RM3,000 must be present in your Maybank Account (Current, Savings or Business) as at 30 April 2026 to remain eligible for this campaign.
  • Only the first 4,000 eligible *non-urban merchants who fulfill all criteria above get the complimentary soundbox, which will be sent within 45 business days after the campaign ends and upon receiving merchant’s explicit consent.
