Latest EA or EPF statement or employment confirmation or 3 months bank / passbook statement or ASB/ASN certificate/unit?
Spouse details (NRIC and latest 2 months' proof of income to support household income)

Note: Local guarantor is compulsory for foreigner and guarantor need to submit documents as per item 1, 4 and 5.

Eligibility & Financing amount

Criteria	Financing Amount
Individual monthly income of RM5,000 and above or joint household income of RM7,000 and above	RM50,000 and below
Individual monthly income of RM7,000 and above or joint household income of RM10,000 and above	Between RM50,001 to RM99,999
Individual monthly income of RM10,000 and above or joint household income of RM15,000 and above	RM100,000 to RM200,000
