Required Documents

  • MyKad (NRIC) / Police or Armed Forces ID Card (for Malaysians)
  • Valid Passport and Valid Working permit (for non-residents / foreigners)

How to reload

Via Maybank Cash Deposit Machine

  • Select Maybank Cash Payment > Credit Cards
  • Enter Prepaid Card Number
  • Insert CASH and confirm

Via Maybank ATM

  • Insert Debit Card & enter PIN number
  • Select Other Transaction > Prepaid Payment
  • Enter Prepaid number, amount and confirm
  • Select your account and confirm


How to set PIN

Via Maybank2u:

  • Select the "Card Management" tab
  • Select the card to set PIN by clicking "Set PIN Now"

Via Maybank Customer Service:

  • Kindly contact the toll-free number on the reverse side of your Card

Via Maybank Branches:

  • Walk-in to any Maybank branch for your new prepaid card PIN. Bring along your self-identification document i.e. MyKad of passport for non-Malaysian.
