New Maybank Accountholders & Existing Debit Cardmembers may visit any of the participating Maybank branches below to open a new account or replace your existing eligible Maybank Debit Card to obtain the Maybank Visa | BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' Debit Card, subject to eligibility and availability.

Note: Issuance is subject to availability and strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of sixty (60) cards will be issued per participating branch per day.

From 28 September 2026

Existing Maybank Debit Cardmembers may replace your card via Maybank2u by following the steps below:

1. Log in to Maybank2u (www.maybank2u.com.my)
2. Go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Cards'
3. Under ‘Manage Debit Cards’, go to ‘Debit Card – Replace, Renew, Activate & Block’ and select ‘Replace/Renew Card’

Note: RM12 replacement fee will apply

• Your card is valid for 7 years from the date of issuance.

• MyKad (IC)/Police or Armed Forces ID Card
• Birth Certificate and MyKid (i.e. for in-trust and minor accounts)
• Passport (i.e. for non-residents/foreigners)

• The issuance of the Maybank Visa | BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ Debit Card is subject to a limited allocation and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Maybank does not guarantee the availability of the Card upon submission of an application or replacement request. Where the Card allocation has been fully exhausted at the time the application or replacement request is processed, the applicant shall not be entitled to the Card. Any fees charged in connection with such unsuccessful application or replacement request shall be refunded in full. Maybank reserves the right to determine the availability and allocation of the Card at its sole discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
