For customers who do not hold an existing Maybank Islamic credit card:

MAE App

1. Launch your MAE app and tap 'Apply' at the bottom right of your home screen
2. Tap 'Cards'
3. Adjust the income scroller to match your annual income and select the 'Islamic' option under 'Interests'
4. Select 'Nadi Mastercard Credit Card-i' and complete your application

For all existing Maybank Islamic and Conventional cardholders as well as those who are not existing Maybank customers:

Required Documents

Please include the following with your application form:

• Copy of NRIC (both sides) or Passport, including that of supplementary applicant's
• Latest BE form with official tax receipt
• Latest 3 months' salary slips
• Latest 6 months' savings account activity/current account statement

If you are self-employed:

• Copies of Business Registration
• Latest 6 months' Bank Statements
