Important Update


Starting 9 June 2025, the Classic Maybank2u site will no longer be accessible for individual customers. All online banking services must be accessed via the current Maybank2u website.

The following services on the Classic Maybank2u site will be discontinued on the dates listed below:

  • Third-Party Account Transfer service – 12 May 2025
  • Interbank Fund Transfer service – 19 May 2025

Switch to the current Maybank2u website (maybank2u.com.my) for all your online banking needs. It has been upgraded with more features, simplified design and enhanced security for a safer, more seamless banking experience.

Rest assured that, you can still log in with your existing username and password. Additionally, any scheduled or recurring payments and transfers that you have setup will continue as usual and remain secure for your peace of mind.

This change does not affect Maybank2u Biz users, and Maybank2u Biz users can still transact online with the Classic Maybank2u site.

    Yes, your online banking and account details will remain the same. Your saved favourite billers/payees/transfers will also be available automatically.

  6. Do I need to set up my favourite transfers and bill payments again?
    No, your saved favourite transfers and bill payments will be automatically available on the current Maybank2u website.
  7. Do I need to set up my recurring payments and transfers again?
    No, your saved recurring payments and transfers are automatically available on the current Maybank2u website.
  8. Why am I not able to select a specific date range for my transaction history?
    You can access and view your transaction history for fixed periods, eg: last 30, 60 or 90 days on the current Maybank2u website. We’re continuously working to enhance your online banking experience, and will share updates once available.
  9. Why am I not able to download transaction history in specific formats (PDF, Excel, or CSV) based on selected dates?
    Our apologies that currently these features are not available. We’re continuously working to enhance your online banking experience, and will share updates once available. In the meantime, you can continue to access and view your transaction history for the last 30, 60, or 90 days on the current Maybank2u website.

    For the best browsing experience, we recommend using the latest version of your internet browser.
