Google Pay is a quick, easy, and secure way to pay for your online and in-stores transactions. All you need to do is adding your card details to your Google Account for seamless transaction checkouts across all your devices on Chrome and Android and for in-store transactions that allows for contactless payments.

Most importantly, you will still be able to receive all your Maybank Cards* rewards and benefits, so you won’t miss out on any hard-earned points or miles.

Getting started is simple


On Android Phones:


Step 1:
Open ‘Google Wallet’ app in your phone

Step 2: Tap ‘Add a card’ button

Step 3: Select ‘Payment card’

Step 4: Tap ‘+’ to add your card to Wallet

Step 5: Make Maybank Card the default card and you are ready to use Google Pay!


On MAE App:

       
 


Step 1:
Tap on ‘View All Accounts’ on the MAE App

Step 2: Tap on ‘CARDS’ and select a card to add to Google Pay

Step 3: Tap on ‘Add to Google Pay’

Step 4 & 5: Follow the instructions on screen to continue the process

Step 6: Authorise via Secure2u

Step 7: You are ready to use Google Pay!

On Android Phones:

        


Step 1:
Place your phone near the reader, upon transaction check-out.

        


Step 2:
Look for the check mark and you are done!

Available everywhere


Google Pay is now available at millions of merchants globally. You can use Google Pay via apps, on websites, and at stores where contactless payments are accepted. Just look out for these symbols at checkout.

Contactless Limit


Contactless limits for all transactions made with Maybank cards on Google Pay. For security measures, any transactions above RM250 will require PIN to be entered like any other transactions with Maybank credit cards.
