Accept these two Maybank Bonanza Challenges on your Grab app for your chance to win GrabRewards Points!
Challenge 1:
Get up to 2,400 GrabRewards Points when you auto top-up your GrabPay Wallet with a minimum of RM50 via your linked Maybank2u or Maybank cards.
- 1st Auto Top-Up (min. RM50): Get 400 GrabRewards Points
- 2nd Auto Top-Up (min. RM50): Get 800 GrabRewards Points
- 3rd Auto Top-Up (min. RM50): Get 1,200 GrabRewards Points
This challenge is open to all Maybank2u customers who have access to the Challenge on Grab app, including first time & existing users who have linked their Maybank2u account to GrabPay Wallet. It is NOT valid for Online Banking (FPX) transactions.
This Challenge will end at the end of the Challenge Period (23 March 2021) or when the available prizes have been fully awarded, whichever is earlier.
Challenge 2:
Get 500 GrabRewards Points when you link your Maybank2u with your GrabPay Wallet for the first time, then top up a minimum of RM50 via your linked account.
This Challenge is only open to users who are linking their Maybank2u account and topping up with it for the first time. It is NOT valid for Online Banking (FPX) transactions.
This Challenge will end at the end of the Challenge Period (31 March 2021), or when the available prizes have been fully awarded, whichever earlier.

How to access the Challenges on Grab app
Step 1: Launch the Grab app and tap on the Challenge card
Step 2: Browse the Challenge listing
Step 3: Tapping on the selected Challenge will lead you to a list of your ongoing Challenges (Challenges are auto-accept for all eligible users)
Step 4: Track your progress by tapping on the on-going Challenge
You can also access the Challenge listing or on-going Challenge by tapping Account --> Challenges.
How to link up & top up
To link up your Maybank2u with GrabPay Wallet, follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch the Grab app and tap on your GrabPay Wallet
Step 2: Tap on ‘Top Up’
Step 3: Tap ‘Linked bank account’ & ‘Maybank2u’
You will be redirected to maybank2u.com.my via an in-app browser
Step 4: Log in to your Maybank2u account as usual
Step 5: Choose your preferred Maybank bank account or MAE account to link with Grab and set how long you want this setting to last. Then, enter a daily transaction limit of up to RM1,000
Step 6: Review your settings and tap ‘Request TAC’
Step 7: Enter the 6-digit TAC delivered to your mobile number
Step 8: Once your account is linked, you will be redirected back to the Grab app
To set up your Grab auto top-up, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your GrabPay Wallet on your Grab app
Step 2: Tap on 'Manage auto top-up'
Step 3: Set the rules on when your Auto Top-up will be activated. If you've set up an auto top-up before, tap 'Edit' to change it
Step 4: Under 'Top up with', select your linked Maybank2u account
Step 5: Tap ‘Save’ and make sure the toggle on 'Activate Auto Top-up' is switched on
