  • Redemption is available exclusively at Keepsake Counter located in Aurum Theatre, Level 3, The Exchange TRX from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
  • Limited to one (1) reward item per cardmember per day, on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
  • Cardmembers must be GSC Rewards members to qualify for redemption.

Terms and Conditions

  • The promotion is organized by Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”). The Exchange TRX are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this promotion.
  • The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a single receipt at The Exchange TRX with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa, American Express® or JCB Credit or Charge Card (issued by Maybank Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia & Brunei). Acceptance of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and/or JCB Cards is subject to individual stores and merchants in The Exchange TRX. Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
  • To avail the promotion, the eligible cardmember(s) must be an GSC Rewards member.
  • Redemption(s) of the reward item is to be made at Keepsake counter located in Aurum Theatre, Level 3, The Exchange TRX from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
  • Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issued between 1 May 2026 and 30 June 2026 on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
  • A valid Maybank Credit or Charge Card, the GSC Rewards membership QR code, the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of the reward item(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
  • Each cardmember is limited to one (1) redemption per day, while stocks last.
  • Redemption(s) must be made on the same day of the qualifying purchase transaction date, failing which the Cardmember’s rights to redeem the reward item(s) will be forfeited.
  • Tenants and licensees of The Exchange TRX and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the reward item(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
  • If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, Maybank reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
  • The reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
  • By participating in this promotion, Cardmembers agree and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by Maybank in accordance with the Maybank Privacy Statement, which may be viewed on www.maybank2u.com.my (“Maybank’s Privacy Statement”) and the PDPA Form for Individual Customers.
