Redemption is only available at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor from 10.00am till 10.00pm daily and is limited to ten (10) units of shopping vouchers per cardmember throughout the campaign period on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last. Cardmembers must be MVClub members to be eligible for the redemption.
Terms and Conditions
- The qualifying purchase(s) must be made in a single receipt at any participating stores in The Gardens Mall with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa, American Express® or JCB Credit or Charge Card (issued by Maybank Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia & Brunei). Acceptance of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and/or JCB Cards is subject to individual stores and merchants in The Gardens Mall. Terms & conditions of the selected cards apply.
- Valid for purchases made from any of our participating stores in The Gardens Mall only. NOT valid for purchases made from online purchase, deposit payments/partial payments, payment with vouchers (including cash vouchers), payment with store credit/credit card points and manual receipts.
- Redemption(s) of reward item(s) must be made by the cardmember in person at the designated redemption counter located at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor, from 10.00am till 10.00pm daily.
- Redemption(s) is only valid on the same day of purchase/date of receipt issued between 22 April 2026 and 3 May 2026 on a first come, first served basis, while daily stocks last.
- Each Cardmember may redeem more than one reward item (one unit of shopping voucher) based on the qualifying amount spent in a single receipt, capped at ten (10) reward items throughout the campaign period. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple receipts may not be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement of RM1,800.
- A valid Maybank Credit or Charge Card, the MVClub membership QR code, the original receipt(s) and the card transaction slip(s) must be presented upon redemption of reward item(s) for validation. Only original receipt(s) will be accepted. Duplicated receipts are not eligible for the redemption.
- Redemption(s) must be made on the same day of the qualifying purchase transaction date, failing which the Cardmember’s rights to redeem the reward item(s) will be forfeited.
- Tenants and licensees of The Gardens Mall and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming the reward item(s) on behalf of their customer(s).
- No alternative item will be provided once the reward item(s) is fully redeemed. If the reward item(s) is unavailable for any reason, The Gardens Mall reserves the rights to provide an alternative item of an equivalent value.
- Reward item(s) cannot be exchanged for cash or be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons unless otherwise stipulated.
- By participating in this promotion, Cardmembers agree and consent to allow his/her personal data being collected, processed and used by Maybank in accordance with the Maybank Privacy Statement, which may be viewed on www.maybank2u.com.my (“Maybank’s Privacy Statement”) and the PDPA Form for Individual Customers.
