  • During the registration at the Health Screening Centre counter, patients/customers are required to present their Maybank Cards to be entitled for the discount rate for the screening packages.

International Patients Exclusive (Non-Malaysian)

Complimentary 2-way transportation between Penang International Airport and SMCP or SMCP-arranged hotel is provided for Inpatient, Day Care, and Outpatient cases, with a minimum of three (3) days’ advance notice required.

  • Transportation arrangements are applicable to international patients only and are available Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm, and Saturday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Transportation service is not available on Public Holidays. This service covers travel to and from Penang International Airport to Sunway Medical Centre Penang or an SMCP-arranged hotel. A minimum of three (3) days’ advance notice is required to ensure smooth arrival.

Complimentary one (1) night hotel stay with purchase of Premium or Executive Health Screening Package, Endoscopy Package, or PET/CT Scan:

  • Each eligible package entitles one (1) complimentary one-night stay at a 4-star Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya.
  • Complimentary stay is valid only for the duration of the health screening or diagnostic appointment.

Complimentary hotel stays for companion of the inpatient:

  • Applicable to international patients admitted as inpatients at SMCP.
  • A complimentary hotel room will be provided for the patient’s companion throughout the inpatient stay.
  • The number of complimentary hotel nights corresponds to the total inpatient nights (e.g., 5 nights of admission = 5 hotel nights).

**Note for Both Health Screening & Inpatient Stays:

  • Room type is subject to availability at the time of check-in. Breakfast is not included.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to additional charges.
  • Hotel booking requests must be submitted at least two (2) working days prior to check-in, along with full patient information (name, passport number, and contact details).

Complimentary Use of International Patient Centre (IPC) within its operating hours, usages include:

  • Hotel arrangements, including alternative hotel if fully booked
  • Airport transfers
  • Translator services: Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, Khmer, and Burmese
  • Visa extension assistance

  • Neither party makes any representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability, nor fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or services provided. Neither party shall be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered or incurred in connection with the offer.
  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty cards, or coupons.
  • The discount is applicable to non-promotional items only.
  • The discount is not applicable to existing or ongoing schemes with corporate clients and is valid for self-pay patients only.
  • Customers must make a prior appointment with the Health Screening Centre or International Patient Centre. Failure to do so may result in the discount not being granted.
  • The discount will only be granted if the total bill is paid in full by the customer before the customer is discharged from or leaves the hospital.
  • The offer applies exclusively to Executive Health Screening package charges only and excludes any additional tests, treatments, charges, and/or applicable taxes, which will be billed separately at the hospital’s prevailing standard rates.
  • Eligibility for the screening package is subject to the consultant’s medical advice and confirmation that the customer qualifies for the package.
  • Screening is available only to patients with no history of critical illnesses. Customers are advised to consult with the Health Screening Centre or International Patient Centre when scheduling an appointment.
