  • All the bookings must be accompanied by personal details for registration.
  • During the registration at the Health Screening Centre counter, patients/clients are required to present their Maybank Cards to be entitled for the discount rate for the screening packages.

Complimentary Airport Transfers (valid for International Patients only)

  • 2-way transportation from Airport (KLIA1 or KLIA2) to hospital or hotel to hospital for Inpatients.
  • 1-way transportation from Airport (KLIA1 or KLIA2) to hospital or hotel to hospital for Day Care and Outpatient with at least three (3) days' notification in advance.
  • Transportation arrangements are applicable to international patients only and are available from Monday to Saturday, between 8.00 a.m. and 8.30 p.m., from the airport to the hospital or from the hotel to the hospital. A minimum of three (3) days’ advance notice is required.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard, Visa, American Express® or JCB card issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei. Terms and conditions of the selected cards apply.
  • Neither party makes any representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability, nor fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or services provided. Neither party shall be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered or incurred in connection with the offer.
  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty cards, or coupons.
  • The discount is applicable to non-promotional items only.
  • The discount is not applicable to existing or ongoing schemes with corporate clients and is valid for self-pay patients only.
  • Customers are required to make a prior appointment with the Wellness Centre or International Patient Centre. Failure to do so may result in the discount not being granted.
  • The discount will only be granted if the total bill is paid in full by the customer before the patient is discharged from or leaves the Merchant’s hospital.
  • The offer applies exclusively to Executive Health Screening package charges only and excludes any additional tests, treatments, charges, and/or applicable taxes, which will be billed separately at the Merchant’s prevailing rates.
  • Eligibility for the screening package is subject to the consultant’s medical advice and confirmation that the patient qualifies for the package.
  • Screening is available only to patients with no history of critical illnesses. Patients are advised to consult the Wellness Centre or International Patient Centre when scheduling an appointment.
