Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment must be made in full with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa or American Express® Card. Terms and conditions of the selected cards apply.
  2. The promo code KKMBTWMY10 entitles eligible Maybank Cardmembers to 10% off Taiwan bookings (tours and attractions, accommodations, transport and/or travel essentials) on KKday, capped at RM30 per transaction.
  3. The promo code is valid for one-time use per user per transaction and is not stackable with other promotions, promo codes, vouchers, discount cards or privileges unless otherwise stated.
  4. The promo code is valid from 1 May 2026, 12:00 AM until 31 December 2026, 11:59 PM.
  5. The promo code is limited to 80 codes per month and is available on a first come, first served basis. Once fully redeemed or the maximum number of checkouts has been reached, the promo code will no longer be available.
  6. The promotion is valid for Malaysian users with a Malaysia phone number who are KKday users and eligible Maybank cardmembers.
  7. The discount will be applied to the final price and displayed on the payment page upon successful application of the promo code. No discount will be given if the promo code is not successfully applied.
  8. The discount excludes local taxes, service fees and any other additional charges. Final prices may vary due to real-time exchange rates and seasonal changes; please refer to the final checkout amount.
  9. The promotion is non-exchangeable for cash and is subject to KKday’s terms and conditions governing the use of its products and services.
  10. There will be no reissuance of promo codes once used, regardless of cancellations, errors, missed redemptions or incorrect booking details.
  11. There will be no refunds or compensation if the promo code is not applied at checkout and full payment is made.
  12. For itinerary products, KKday will respond with the booking result on the designated working day after receiving the order. If the booking cannot be fulfilled due to full capacity or force majeure, users will be notified.
