Terms and Conditions

  • The promotion period is valid from 1 May until 31 July 2019.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance / approval by the authorize bank.
  • The bank has the right to accelerate billings for cancelled account.
  • Payment must be made with a Maybank/ Maybank Islamic Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit or Prepaid Card. Maybank 0% EzyPay Instalment Plan is applicable to Maybank and American Express Credit Card only.
  • Upon receipt of the goods ordered, the employee or the appointed representative shall examine the goods to ensure that he/she is satisfied with the goods. If the goods appear damaged goods in the original packing to the delivery agent. Any claims made thereafter shall not be entertained and the employee shall be deemed to be fully satisfied with the goods.
  • Items accepted in good condition are strictly non-returnable nor exchangeable.
  • All product(s) are available while stocks last and STC reserves the right without giving any prior notice nor assigning any reason whatsoever to the Cardmembers to discontinue and / or replace the product featured herein with different product, colour or model.
  • Products available while stocks last. No delivery will be made to P.O.Box address. Choice of product colour is subject to stock availability.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks of the working Days for the delivery.
