  • Promotion period is valid from 1 July 2020 till 31 August 2020. Stay period valid from 3 July 202 till 31 March 2021.
  • Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard®, Visa Credit or Debit cards.
  • Promotion is valid to Maybank Cardmembers from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei.
  • Redemption only can be made after 48 business working hours of upon payment clearance.
  • Redeemed value shall include base room rate, Sales and Service Tax (SST); excluding extra bed, breakfast and tourism tax.
  • The e-voucher face value can be part or full payment of the booking value. If the booking value exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card/online transfer to the property company’s account. If the booking value is less than the voucher value, no balance change will be refunded.
  • Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. E-Voucher is deemed utilised if the guest does not turn up on arrival day.
  • This e-voucher is non-refundable upon expiration date and it is not exchangeable for cash. E-voucher is valid for use at any participating properties in Malaysia with any other room promotions featured on www.the-ascott.com, www.citadines.com & www.somerset.com EXCEPT Ascott Star Rewards member promotion.
  • This e-voucher is transferable (full face value per voucher) and may be utilised by family/friends.
  • E-voucher number must be provided upon reservation and a print copy of the e-voucher to present upon check-in.
