- 48 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund will be provided.
- No show on the day: No refund will be provided.
- No refund will be given for missed departure.
- Prior reservation is required and subject to availability.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability.
- All approved refund will be processed within 7-14 working days, depending on payment method and bank processing time.
