Important Terms
- Maximum one (1) flight redemption per Cardmember during the Promotion Period.
- Redemption requests are subject to verification of qualifying spend and availability within the monthly redemption quota.
- Travel bookings should be submitted at least 60 days prior to intended departure date.
- Principal Cardmember must be the traveler.
- Departure must originate from Malaysia.
- Travel is permitted to any destination within the United Kingdom.
- Open-jaw itineraries are permitted.
- Any fare difference, taxes, surcharges, fees, travel-related charges, and optional upgrades beyond the approved ticket category shall be borne by the Cardmember.
- If the ticket price is lower than the applicable cap, any unused balance will be forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash or credit.
- Redemption is subject to ticket availability, promotion quota and fulfilment terms.

Once you have successfully met the qualifying spend requirement, please contact our appointed fulfilment partner, Corporate Information Travel (CIT), to arrange your flight ticket redemption.
