  1. Payment must be made with a Maybank/Maybank Islamic Mastercard or Visa card issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia and Brunei. Terms and conditions of the selected cards apply.
  2. Maybank makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability, nor fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or services provided by KPJ Healthcare. Maybank shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered or incurred in connection with the offer.

  9. Eligibility for the health screening package is subject to the consultant’s medical advice and confirmation that the patient qualifies for the package.
