Complimentary Specialist Consultation & Cost Estimate

  • Patients are required to share their latest medical reports via email to my.mbbsupport@ihhhealthcare.com. Within 48 hours, the International Patient Centre (IPC) team will provide a proposed treatment plan, estimated costs, and expected length of stay for the patient’s consideration.

Complimentary Airport Transfers

  • 2-way transfer between KLIA1/2, Penang International Airport, Senai Airport, or Kota Kinabalu International Airport and hospital/hotel.
  • Requires minimum 3 days’ advance arrangement and confirmed medical appointment.
  • Upon confirmation of the appointment, patients are required to share their flight details with the Contact Centre to facilitate transfer arrangements. Driver and vehicle details will be provided closer to the travel date.

Accommodation Support

  • Access to special corporate hotel rates at selected partner hotel (subject to availability) with assistance on hotel booking arrangements by IHH Contact Centre.

Terms and Conditions


  1. Payment must be made with a Maybank Mastercard, Visa or JCB card issued in Indonesia or Cambodia. Terms and conditions of the selected cards apply.
  2. Patients must present their Maybank Card during registration to enjoy the promotions.
  3. Promotions are valid from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2027.
  4. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other packages, insurance claims, promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers or loyalty/privilege cards.
  5. Promotions are applicable strictly to self-pay patients only, where the full bill is paid directly by the patient using a valid Maybank Card. It is not valid for insurance-covered cases, corporate accounts, third-party payors, or any form of reimbursement.
  6. The discount is applicable to hospital charges only and excludes professional fees (including doctors, surgeons, and anaesthetists), as well as government taxes, Sales and Service Tax (SST), and other statutory charges; non-Malaysian patients remain subject to the SST where applicable.
  7. International Patient Privileges like the airport transfers, interpreter services, and preferential hotel rates are subject to availability, require prior arrangement, and are not guaranteed.
  8. Maybank makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose of the goods and/or service(s) provided by participating hospitals. Maybank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the promotions.
