Terms and Conditions

  • Payment must be made using a Maybank Mastercard or Visa Credit or Debit Card issued in Malaysia only (“Eligible Maybank Card(s)”). The respective card terms and conditions apply.
  • The promotion is valid from 15 April 2026 to 30 April 2026, or while promotional tickets last, whichever comes first.
  • This discount is valid for one-way travel on Monday to Thursday only, from 15 April 2026 to 30 July 2026.
  • Eligible Maybank Cardmembers must enter the Promo Code: MBBETS for one-way adult tickets when purchasing through the KTMB website, KITS Style app, KTMB Mobile app, and Kiosk (TVM).
  • This discount is valid for ETS services only (excluding Business Class) and is subject to seat availability.
  • The discount is valid for all available ETS routes.
  • This discount is only applicable for ticket purchases priced at RM40.00 and above per ticket.
  • This discount is applicable to adult fares only.
  • This discount is only applicable to Malaysian citizens and is limited to the purchase of one (1) ticket per person, based on their identification card throughout the booking period.
  • This discount is NOT applicable for KTM Intercity, Shuttle Tebrau, KTM Komuter Klang Valley, and KTM Komuter Northern services.
  • Tickets purchased using this Promo Code are non-cancellable.
  • This discount is NOT applicable to all concession tickets (e.g. senior citizens, student iCard holders, persons with disabilities (OKU), Government pensioners, and others).

  • The discount is applicable when an Eligible Maybank Card is used for payment at checkout on the KTMB website, KITS Style app, KTMB Mobile app, and Kiosk (TVM), with a valid Promo Code applied.
  • Maybank is not responsible for any fare difference if the Eligible Maybank Cardmember fails to enter a valid Promo Code during ticket purchase.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to transactions where the discount was not applied at the time of ticket purchase.
  • The discount is inclusive of applicable service charges and prevailing government taxes, if any.
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions, offers, coupons, vouchers, or loyalty/privilege cards unless otherwise specified.
