  • The Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx) is a tax of RM10.00 per room per night charged on a tourist staying at any accommodation premises in Malaysia, collected by the Residences under the Tourism Tax Act 2017 (exemption for Malaysian nationals and permanent Residents of Malaysia).
  • In the event that the local authorities impose a new tax on your stay after the date of booking, the Residences is entitled to collect such taxes upon arrival.

  • Booking Requirement: Prior reservations (at least seven (7) days prior to arrival) are required and are subject to availability. Reservations must be made directly through email at reservation@eoresidenceskl.com (with promo code). Third-party bookings are not eligible.

  • Each code can be used for a single booking (3 units) and cannot be split across multiple reservations.
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of redemption codes.
  • Payment Requirement: Full payment must be made using only Maybank Cards and required no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
  • Changes to Reservations: Guests are not allowed to change any details of their reservation, including dates, room types or guest information, once booking has been confirmed. No modification is allowed.
  • Cancellation/ No-Show Policy: Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at property will be treated as No-Show and will incur the first night charge. Cancellation needs to be written by email to reservation@eoresidenceskl.com.
  • Check-in time is after 1500hours, and check-out time is before 1200hours.
  • Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early arrival prior to 1500hours, the suite must be reserved from the previous day at a full night’s suite rate.
  • Safety Deposit is required upon check-in.
  • All occupants/ guests are to comply with all the terms of the House Rules governing E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur.
  • Offer/codes are not transferable and may not be sold or exchangeable for cash or used in conjunction with ongoing promotions/offers, discounts, coupons/vouchers and loyalty/privilege cards.
