Eligibility Criteria
- Malaysian citizen only.
- The applicant must be between 18 - 70 years old at the point of application.
- The applicant MUST NOT have more than one (1) home financing at the point of application.
- You may include up to three (3) guarantors to improve the success rate of your HouzKEY application.
