Log on to www.maybank2own.com and find your preferred home. You may then submit your online application by clicking the Apply Now button at the property page. You can also register your interest by clicking Register Interest.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Malaysian citizen only.
  • The applicant must be between 18 - 70 years old at the point of application.
  • The applicant MUST NOT have more than one (1) home financing at the point of application.
  • You may include up to three (3) guarantors to improve the success rate of your HouzKEY application.
