These are a few checks that you can do before you request for your SMS TAC / OTP again.
- Ensure that you have a good network coverage on your mobile phone.
- Check the spam setting / block sender / blacklisted sender / block short code to ensure that Maybank's SMS short code number (a 5-digit phone number) is not listed as a blocked number.
- If you have installed any antivirus application, switch it off or uninstall it temporarily and request for the TAC again.
- Ensure that your inbox message space is available in order to allow new message to be received.
- You may also change your SIM card to a different device and request for the TAC again.
- Restart your device and request for the TAC again.
