- Select Email Statement Delivery
- Key in preferred password or default password

- Dial 1300 88 6688
- Choose Language
- Press 0 (To Speak to Call Centre Agent)
- Call Centre Agent to verify caller identity
- Upon successful verification, call centre agent to sign up for email statement
Branch

- Visit any Maybank branch
- Complete the EBS application form
- Staff will proceed to sign up for email statement
Change email statement password
