  • Choose any of the following options:

  • Select the account/card by clicking View
  • Select View or Download/Print

 

Register email statement

  • Select e-Bills & Statements
  • Select Statements
  • Select Email Statement Delivery
  • Key in preferred password or default password

 

Maybank Group Customer Care

Timeframe: Immediate

  • Dial 1300 88 6688
  • Choose Language
  • Press 0 (To Speak to Call Centre Agent)
  • Call Centre Agent to verify caller identity
  • Upon successful verification, call centre agent to sign up for email statement

 

Branch

Timeframe: Immediate

  • Visit any Maybank branch
  • Complete the EBS application form
  • Staff will proceed to sign up for email statement
