To enhance your experience, we would greatly appreciate your feedback by participating in our Customer Engagement Survey. Your participation will help us recognise our strengths and identify areas for improvement.

For your information, Maybank has engaged an independent consulting firm, Kantar Malaysia Sdn Bhd to conduct this survey. The survey will be conducted via telephone (from the numbers listed below) and online through the MAE App starting from August to November 2024 and should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
