Effective 5^th August 2019, SMS alerts for your successful Credit, Charge and Prepaid Card transactions will be replaced with Maybank App Push Notification. If your Push Notification is turned off, the alerts will be sent directly to your Maybank2u inbox. To turn on Push Notification on the Maybank App, it just takes 3 simple steps below.

1. Login to Maybank App.
2. Click on the sidebar menu and tap ‘ME’.
3. Under ‘PUSH NOTIFICATION’, swipe right to turn ON.
