How to Redeem?
Redemption Steps:
Step 1: Purchase flight tickets via eligible airlines’ website using your Maybank Visa Credit Card.
Step 2: Download and fill in the Redemption Form here.
(Please indicate total units of RM100 Cash Back for redemption. i.e. If purchase amount was RM1,050, cardmembers can either choose to redeem 10 units, or 11 units – however, if 11 units, maximum Cash Back received will be RM1,050 only).
Step 3: Email the form to maybankrewards@maybank.com.my
Step 4: Maybank Customer Engagement team will revert within 7-14 working days on redemption status.
Step 5: Receive Cash Back in the next statement cycle.
