  • Offers are not exchangeable for cash or other items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, discount schemes, loyalty programmes, discount cards or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
  • Offers/Promo codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchangeable for cash or used in conjunction with ongoing promotions/offers, packages, discounts, coupons/vouchers and loyalty programs/privilege cards.
  • Each promo code can be used for a single booking (3 units) and cannot be split across multiple redemptions.

  • Prior reservations (at least seven (7) days prior to arrival) are required and is subject to availability.   • Full payment must be made using only Maybank Cards and required no later than 3 days before the arrival date.
  • Guests are not allowed to change any details of their reservation, including dates, room types or guest information. Once booking has been confirmed, no modification is allowed.
  • Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at property will be treated as No-Show and will incur the first night charge. Cancellation needs to be written by email to reservation@eoresidenceskl.com.
  • Check-in time is after 1500hours and check-out time is before 1200hours.
  • Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early arrival prior to 1500hours, the suite must be reserved from the previous day at a full night's suite rate.
  • Safety deposit is required upon check-in.
  • All occupants/guests are to comply with all the terms of the House Rules governing E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur.
  • E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Maybank and the merchant reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions governing the offer with twenty-one (21) days’ prior notice.
