  • Benefits are not stackable with other promotions except the MARiiCas EV rebate for eligible and successful applicants. In the event that a choice of alternative benefits exist, cardholders must choose only one option deemed the more desirable.
  • To qualify for the benefits, Maybank card holders must purchase a Blueshark R series smart electric scooter (either the R1 or R1 Lite) from Blueshark Malaysia and its authorised dealers and not through any other party unless instructed or permitted to do so by Blueshark Malaysia.
  • Cardholders will be advised on additional costs such as insurance, road tax (exempt for 2025), vehicle inspection and registration fees, or any other financing costs to be paid by cardholders.
  • The offer is valid through 14 March 2025 to 30 June 2025, unless extended by Blueshark Malaysia and Maybank.
  • The 3 months complimentary dual-battery rental will be deducted from the first three months upon commencement of the battery rental contract signed with Blueshark and will be invalid should the purchaser terminate the battery rental contract within the 3-month period
  • Unlimited battery swaps for RM20/month is an introductory offer for a up to the end of the campaign on June 30 (unless extended) and any extension of this offer is at the sole discretion of Blueshark Malaysia.
  • Complimentary Blueshark helmet (random colours) – the complimentary item is provided by Blueshark, subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items and is to be provided to cardholders upon or following the collection of their Blueshark e-motorcycle.
  • In the event of any dispute, Blueshark reserves the right to resolve the matter in accordance with Blueshark’s policies and procedures to the best possible outcome while protecting the rights of all parties.
  • Any violation of Blueshark policies and the terms and conditions set forth in any of the agreements or contracts signed with Blueshark, or any act by the purchasing or referring party of an illegal or criminal nature including the misuse, misappropriation and modification of Blueshark vehicles and components will render any of the benefits null and void and may result in legal action against the offenders.
