  1. Who is eligible for this campaign?
    This campaign is limited to the first 16,666 eligible new Maybank customers. A new Maybank customer is someone who does not have any existing Maybank or Maybank Islamic accounts, products, or services, including loans, credit cards, Etiqa insurance/takaful, or investments.

  2. How do I participate in this campaign?
    Download the MAE app and sign up for a MAE Wallet by following the steps above. Make sure your MAE Wallet remains active after sign-up.

  3. How will I receive the RM30 reward?
    The RM30 will be credited to your MAE Wallet within 30 days after the campaign ends (19 December 2025).

  4. Do I need to maintain any balance in my MAE Wallet to receive the reward?
    No minimum balance is required. However, to ensure successful crediting of the RM30, your MAE Wallet balance must remain below:
    • RM4,999.99 for a standard MAE Wallet, or
    • RM10,000 if you have upgraded your wallet limit with a MAE Visa Debit Card.

  5. Why do I need to keep my wallet balance below the limit?
    This is to ensure the RM30 reward can be successfully credited without exceeding your wallet’s allowable balance limit.

  6. What does it mean by “MAE Wallet remains active”?
    Your wallet must not be closed, suspended, or blocked at the time Maybank processes the reward fulfilment.

  7. Can existing Maybank customers participate?
    No. This campaign is strictly for new Maybank customers only.
