1. E-Voucher Redemption
   
   How to Qualify
   • Open to all new and existing Privilege customers during Privilege Weeks (1 – 31 October 2025).
   • Customers must enroll in at least one of the featured Ultrabooster Campaign products — Investment, Insurance, Deposit, or MIGA-i — within the Privilege Weeks period.
   • Each qualifying product sign-up entitles the customer to one (1) BIG Pharmacy RM50 e-Voucher, on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Customers may earn multiple e-vouchers if they take up more than one featured product, subject to availability.
   • Vouchers will be issued within three (3) working days after the qualifying transaction is successfully completed.

   Validity & Usage

   • E-vouchers can be used at all BIG Pharmacy outlets and on the BIG Pharmacy E-Store.
   • E-vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the expiry date stated on the voucher.
   • Additional terms and conditions specific to the e-voucher will be stated on the voucher itself.

2. ShopBIG Challenge
   
   Winner Selection
   • Winners will be selected from eligible participants of Privilege Weeks, those that receive the RM50 BIG Pharmacy e-voucher via lucky draw.
   • Winners will be notified and announced within 15 working days after the conclusion of Privilege Weeks (by 13 November 2025).

   Event Participation

   • Winners must be available to attend the ShopBIG Challenge event at the specified BIG Pharmacy outlet.
   • If a winner fails to respond or cannot attend, the slot will be offered to the next eligible winner.

   Reward Mechanics

   • Each winner will enjoy a 1-minute shopping spree at the designated BIG Pharmacy outlet, on a date and time determined after the winner draw.
   • Maybank is not the supplier of the campaign rewards and makes no warranty as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the gifts.
     
     
3. General Terms & Conditions
   • By participating in this campaign, all customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions by Maybank with respect to the campaign shall be final.
   • Maybank reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign (in whole or in part) or modify any of these Terms & Conditions, with or without prior notice.
   • Maybank shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, liability, expense or damage whatsoever suffered by any participant arising out of or in connection with the campaign, including but not limited to technical failures, human errors, or electronic malfunctions.
   • In the event the campaign rewards (or e-vouchers) become unavailable for reasons beyond Maybank’s control, Maybank may substitute them with alternative rewards of similar value.
   • All outcomes (such as voucher issuance, winner selection, etc.) are subject to availability and may be limited on a first-come, first-served basis where applicable.
   • Participation in this campaign constitutes consent to Maybank’s use of participants’ personal data for campaign administration, communication of campaign-related matters, and for publicity purposes in accordance with Maybank’s Privacy Statement and applicable data protection laws.
   • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
