Please be informed that Thai Airways will be undertaking a system upgrade and migration of its Royal Orchid Plus (ROP) membership programme. As part of this exercise, ROP membership IDs will be transitioned from the current 7-character alphanumeric format to a new 10-digit numeric format.

Due to the migration, Thai Airways has advised that mileage transfer services will be temporarily unavailable from 14 September 2026 to 18 September 2026. During this period, Cardmembers will not be able to transfer Membership Rewards Points to Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus miles.

Any mileage transfer requests submitted after the partner's cut-off deadline will only be processed upon completion of the migration, which may result in a delay in miles being credited to your Royal Orchid Plus account.

Please be assured that all other Air Miles redemption options remain unaffected and will continue to operate as usual.
