Dear Valued Cardmembers,

Effective 8 July 2026, updates will be made to The Centurion Lounge Network benefit at participating lounges in the United States, London (LHR), Tokyo (HND), Hong Kong (HKG), Sydney (SYD) and Melbourne (MEL) for eligible Basic and Supplementary Platinum Cardmembers.

These changes apply globally across all American Express® Card products.

The following updates will take effect from 8 July 2026:

• The complimentary guest allowance will be revised from two (2) guests to one (1) guest per Principal and Supplementary Cardmember.
• All accompanying guests must be travelling on the same confirmed flight as the Cardmember.
• Lounge access during transit or layovers will be permitted within five (5) hours of the scheduled departure of the connecting flight.

The revised Terms and Conditions governing this benefit will also take effect on 8 July 2026.
