Paradigm REIT’s initial asset portfolio will comprise 3 retail properties strategically located across 3 townships in Malaysia, including Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre (“BTSC”), Paradigm Mall PJ and Paradigm Mall JB. The REIT is exposed to various growth markets across numerous townships with good catchment, well-developed infrastructure and various amenities. The REIT has 723 tenants, excluding BTSC’s ancillary area, which comprise well-established international and domestic retailers.
