• is the largest dollar store chain in Malaysia based on store count and geographical coverage;
• operates and manages all 358 stores (including 22 Eco-Plus format stores) across Malaysia directly;
• has presence in every state and Federal Territory (excluding Labuan) in Malaysia;
• carries, on average, approx. 5,000 to 11,000 SKUs for store sizes ranging from 2,000 to 15,999 sq. ft.; carries, on average, approx. 6,000 to 13,000 SKUs for store sizes ranging from 7,000 to 19,999 sq. ft.;
• manages 29 house brands;
• achieved a short payback period of 1.5 years for new stores opened in the FPE 30 November 2024; and
• has store operations supported by a centrally-managed inventory management and distribution system
