We've extended our branch operating hours to assist retail customers with accessing our online banking services on the MAE App.

Dear Valued Customers,
As part of the latest efforts to strengthen online security and to protect our customers, we understand that you may have difficulties in transitioning to the MAE App. Although this security enhancement is a necessity, there may be challenges with activating Secure2u or issues around multiple M2U User IDs.
To our retail customers who are facing difficulties, we have extended our operating hours at selected Maybank branches to serve you. Our branch colleagues are here to help you through this transition.
We have extended our operating hours for this week at selected branches till 6:00pm on weekdays and up to 12:00pm on Saturday, to assist you.
