Dear Valued Customers,

Effective immediately (21 July 2023), the following Credit/Charge Card services will be made available on the MAE app and Maybank2u web only. This means these services are NO LONGER available on M2U MY app. Please proceed to the MAE app and Maybank2u web to continue enjoying the services below:

Where To Access Them Now

Change or Set Card PIN

On the MAE app

  1. Go to ‘Accounts’
  2. Tap on ‘Cards’
  3. Select your Credit/Charge Card and then ‘Manage’
  4. Tap on ‘Change Card PIN’
  5. Key in your new PIN
  6. Verify with Secure2u

On Maybank2u web

  1. Log in via www.maybank2u.com.my
  2. Go to 'Settings' and click on the ‘Cards’ tab
  3. Select 'Manage Credit Cards'
  4. For your selected Card, click on the ‘…’ (options menu)
  5. Select 'Set PIN' and key in your new PIN
  6. Confirm and agree to the 'Terms & Conditions'
  7. Click 'Set PIN' and request for 'Secure TAC' or 'SMS TAC'

Apply for Balance Transfer

Apply for EzyPay Plus

On the MAE app

  1. Go to ‘Accounts’
  2. Tap on ‘Cards’
  3. Select ‘Credit Card’
  4. Select ‘Balance Transfer’ or ‘EzyPay Plus

On Maybank2u web

  1. Log in via www.maybank2u.com.my
  2. Select ‘Cards’ (from the top bar)
  3. Select your Credit/Charge Card
  4. Scroll down and Click ‘Apply Now’ for ‘Balance Transfer’ or ‘EzyPay Plus’
