DuitNow Request service is now available on Maybank2u and MAE

Dear Valued Customers,

Kindly be informed that starting 21 December 2022, DuitNow Request service will be available on Maybank2u web and the MAE app. You can use DuitNow Request to send payment requests and easily track the money you’ve collected.

How to send a DuitNow Request

Via Maybank2u web:

  1. Log in to Maybank2u
  2. Go to ‘Pay & Transfer’ and click ‘Request’
  3. Beside ‘Type:’ choose ‘Send DuitNow Request’
  4. Beside ‘Request via:’ choose your payer’s ID type
  5. Key in the payer’s ID and your request details
  6. Confirm and submit the request

Via the MAE app:

  1. Launch the MAE app and tap on ‘Maybank2u’
  2. Select an account you wish to receive the money in
  3. Tap on ‘Send & Request’ and then ‘DuitNow Request’
  4. Key in the payer’s ID and your request details
  5. Confirm and submit the request
